WAIYA Terms of Service

1. What WAIYA is
WAIYA (waiya.co) is an online marketplace where people in Fiji list items and services and contact each other to buy and sell. WAIYA is a venue only. We are not a party to any sale, we do not own or inspect items, and we do not process, hold or guarantee payments.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login details private and give accurate information. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our Marketplace Policy.
3. Listings and conduct
You are responsible for what you list and say. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and yours to sell. Prohibited and restricted items are described in the Marketplace Policy. No harassment, spam, scams or impersonation.
4. Buying and selling
Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other, including agreeing prices, payment and handover. Accepting an offer on WAIYA is an agreement between you and the other person, not with WAIYA. Payment is arranged directly with the seller. WAIYA does not currently process or protect payments.
5. Reviews and reputation
Only participants in a completed WAIYA transaction can review each other. Reviews must be honest. We may remove reviews that break these terms.
6. Content and licence
You keep ownership of your photos and text and give WAIYA a licence to display and share them (for example in link previews) to run the marketplace.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Fiji law, WAIYA is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection laws of Fiji that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Contact: support@waiya.co.
